He is survived by: his wife Debra Monts Blackmore of Mountain Rest; his children, William James Blackmore (Judy) of Greenwood, SC, Stephen Joseph Blackmore (Amanda) of Hollis, NH and April Louise Blackmore of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Owen Edwards, Lucas Edwards and Emmeline Blackmore; and his former wife Clarissa Blackmore.
