She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charlie Cobb and Stella Mae Swafford Cobb; her former husband Harley D. Roach; her daughter Cathy McElreath; her siblings, R. B. Cobb, John "Bommer" Cobb, Rufus Cobb, Charles Cobb, Daisy Cobb, Ada Cobb and Roy Cobb; and her stepsons, Russell Simmons and Randy Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Roach (Teresea) of Walhalla, Linda Roach Long of Walhalla and Debra Roach Smith of Walhalla; her sister Eula Hare (Horace) of Westminster; her stepchildren, Ronnie Simmons and Reba Lynn Simmons Smith (Greg); her grandchildren, Dawn Roach Johnson (Paul), Sonya McElreath Ball (Bryan), Angie McElreath White (Jason), Macie Long, Joshua Smith (Christy), Tim Roach (Stacy), Julia Smith Kanagy (Jeffrey), Jessica Smith, Derek McElreath (Sarah) and Lewis Roach (Kayla); and her son-in-law Terry McElreath. She is also survived by twenty eight great-grandchildren.
