She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frank Railey and Margie Faye Railey; and her siblings, Dorothy Lucille Ramey and JC Railey. She is survived by: her husband Charles Robert Ramey; her children, Ronda Wolfrey (Rusty) of Sylva, NC, Wendy Glasscoe (Terry) of Thomasville, NC, Kimberly Rigsby (Nathan) of Lake Toxaway, NC and Cory Ramey of Mountain Rest, SC; her grandchildren, Josh Wolfrey, Kaitlyn Wolfrey, Daniel O'Connor, JT Holland and Jackson Glasscoe; and her sister Betty Fields of Seneca, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
