He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Wilbanks (Stephen); his siblings, Derrell Owens, Jerry Owens, Sally Burdette and Janice Pressley; and his grandchildren, Taylor Grace Owens, Bethany Rose Owens, Jordan Wilbanks and Ethan Wilbanks.
