She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Causey, Jr.; her former husband Philip George Shipp; her sons, Timothy Lawton Shipp and Christopher; her brother John L. Wright, Jr.; her sister-in-law Peggy Wright; and her nephew Stephen Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Andrew Shipp (Vickie), Charles Patrick Shipp (Wendy), Paul Martin Shipp (Ruth) and Jeannine Shipp Jones (Les); her grandchildren, Jessica (William Mahaffey), Becky (Russell Spaulding), Emily, Kirsten, Timothy (Liz Barrow), Paul (Michelle), Allison and Sydney AnnMarie; and her nephew Jack Wright (Chantana) of San Antonio, TX..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (633 St John Ct, Knoxville, TN 37934). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Gardens (640 Oliver Springs Hwy, Clinton, TN 37716).
