He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Beatrice Reynolds, Jim and Audrey Runey; his aunt Marie Reynolds Daniel; and his uncle Thomas Reynolds.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Reynolds Runey and James Bean Runey, Jr.; his wife Melissa McMillan Runey; his sons, Coleman Reynolds Runey and Griffin Marshall Runey; and his brothers, James Runey, III (Linda) and Kevin Runey (Beth). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Our King-Stella Maris School or Bishop England High School.
