He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Mills Turner; and his siblings, Antoinette and Paul. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole McMillan and Michelle Karkowski (Rick); and his grandsons, Ryan McMillan (Ally), Colin McMillan (Silver), Matt Karkowski (Lili) and Jacob Karkowski (Sydney).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sumter SPCA, 1140 S. Guignard Dr. Sumter, SC 29150, in honor of his beloved JoJo.
