She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edward Rhyne and Mamie Lineberger Rhyne. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Dantzler (Ben) of Edisto Island; her stepsons, Roy A. Krell, Jr. of Dahlonega, GA, A. Norman Avinger III (Carol) of Anderson and John O. Avinger (Debbie) of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, Ashley Wright (Brooks) of Mount Pleasant, Ben Dantzler III (Nora) of Charleston and Kasey Goodwin (Michael) of Dorchester; and her stepgrandsons, Mauldin Avinger (Caroline) of Greenville and Frank Avinger (Carmen) of Mount Pleasant. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Elloree Methodist Church (501 W Barkley St, Elloree, SC 29047).
