He was predeceased by: his parents, John Merlin Koffskey and Bernadine Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Lynette Koffskey (Richard Carrico) of Indianapolis, IN, JoAnne Nelson (Henry) of Hollywood, SC, Karen Zazzara (Michael) of Pawleys Island, SC, John Koffskey III (Li) of Las Vegas, NV and Marc Koffskey of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601). A rosary will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1209 Brushy Creek Rd, Taylors, SC 29687).
