He is survived by: his wife Lydia Dewey; his stepchildren, Jonathan Bouwer of South Africa and Belinda Baker of Australia; his stepgrandchildren, Emma Baker and Daniel Baker; and his siblings, Annemarie, Billy, Marylou, Joan, Richard, Michael and Elaine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
