He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Russell Blackmon Dobbins and Leonara Warren Dobbins; and his siblings, Russell Blackmon Dobbins, Jr. and Paula Dobbins Kemp. He is survived by: his daughter McKenzie Dobbins Reeves (John) of Walterboro; his sister Minnie L. Dobbins of Mount Pleasant; and his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Kemp, Rachel Dobbins, Russell Blackmon Dobbins, III and Andrew Rutledge Kemp.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488).
