He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Jarvis and Harriet Belmer Jarvis; his former wife June E. Jarvis (Reid); his wife Marge; his stepson Stuart Hunt of Florida; and his great-grandparents, Ebenezer Nostrand Jarvis and Abraham Lincoln.
He is survived by: his children, Laurian Lucretia, RN, Michael Carr of Maine, Averill R. Jarvis-Nannos, Craig Nannos of Philadelphia, Leslie J. Abernathy, Dr. Shields Abernathy of Paso Robles, CA., Suzanne V. Jarvis and Houston; and his stepchildren, Nancy Hunt of Florida, Susan Hunt Browning of Florida, Lori Hunt of Florida and Jay Spallion of Florida.
