He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Karsch Hinson (Hans); his grandchildren, Jonah, Noah, Elijah and Micah of Mount Pleasant, SC; his son Fabian Karsch (Myriam); his grandchildren, Emilia and Luise of Munich, Germany; his son Mirko Karsch (Covadonga Lopez Iglesias); and his grandchildren, Robin, Malene and Gabriel of Berlin, Germany..
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel (1494 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464). A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens (1308 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464).
