He is survived by: his wife Linda Schroder Rickborn; his sons, Glenn Thomas Rickborn Junior (Jessica) and Timothy W. Rickborn (Nerina); his grandchildren, Rachel, Sarah, Noah and Lilly; his sister Lois Barsha (Woody); and his brother-in-law Eddie Schroder (Diane).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be sent to Lutheran Homes of SC, St. Mark's Lutheran Church, or Carolina Children's Charity.
