He is survived by: his daughters, Antoinette Samuelson of New Windsor, NY, Gina Iaquez-Johnson of Mount Pleasant, SC and Lisa Iaquez of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Johnson, Stephanie Johnson, Julia Samuelson and Peter Samuelson; his great grandchild Jaxon Pritt; and his sons-in-law, Kevin Johnson and Paul Samuelson.
