She was predeceased by: her spouse Dr. Sidney Katz; her parents, Morris Lefkowitz and Rachel Deitch Lefkowitz; and her siblings, Sol Lefkowitz and Shirley Tepper.
She is survived by: her children, Steven B. Katz (Jen Katz Guice) and Joanna Katz Chronister (Allisun Chronister); and her granddaughter Sydni Chronister.
