With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexander Nicholas Apostolou (Mount Pleasant, South Carolina), who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex N. Apostolou, Sr. and Harriet Vallas Apostolou; and his grandmother Pota Vallas. He is survived by: his brothers, Jay Smith and John Bracy; his daughter Evy; his grandchild Niko; his wife Harriet Kohn Apostolou; and his sisters, Karen Apostolou Gliarmis (Soc) of Wilson, NC and Constance Apostolou Anastopoulo (Akim) of Charleston, SC.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel (1494 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Building Fund, 30 Race Street, Charleston, SC 29403.
