He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Meek and Dorothy Markwood Meek; and his siblings, Larry Meek and Nancy Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Debra Meek of Mt. Croghan, SC; and his children, James Meek (Jennifer) of Toledo, Thomas Meek (Mary) of Northwood, Christopher Meek (Marty) of Gilbert, Richard Meek-Flores (Alva) of Camden and Patricia "Patti" Kapperman (Scott) of Gilbert, Arizona. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
