She is survived by: her children, Daniel Thomas Weaver (Niki), Tammy Weaver Lathan (Phillip) and Dana Carol Weaver; her close friend Melvin Thompson; her grandchildren, Savannah Weaver, Madison Weaver of Krista, Jeffrey Grant Niven, Danielle Steele Niven (Walter Ford), Aislynn Violanne Lathan, Arriana Vega Lathan, Nicholas Howard Lathan, Rayna Hannah, Bobbie Jo Hannah and Creston Thomas Weaver; her great grandchildren, Alex Malcom Niven and Karlyann Ford; and her brothers, Leroy Sikes, Jr. (Jean), Jimmy Sikes, Bobby Sikes (Sheila), Donnie Sikes (Vicky) and Mickey Sikes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
