He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Irvin "J. I."; his wife Mildred Harris Knox Taylor; his sons, Jeff Taylor (Kimberly) of Enoree and Jeremy Taylor (Amanda) of Woodruff; his stepchildren, Kelly Roper (Matt) of Pauline and Dr. Chris Knox (Lisa) of Greenwood; his brother Roger Taylor (Devra) of Enoree; his grandchildren, Bradley Taylor (Mikayla), Brayden Taylor, Brooklyn Taylor, Carrie Vaughn, Logan Taylor, Elijah Taylor, Wes Taylor, Abigail Taylor, Nathan Roper, Josh Roper, Adam Knox and Avery Knox; and also Nancy Boggs Taylor.
