We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2020, at the age of 84, Vernon Smith of Moore, South Carolina, born in La France, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Pallie Rollison Smith; and his former wife Ann Davis Smith. He is survived by: his wife Annie McCraw Waddell Smith; his daughter Karen Scruggs (Chip) of Marion, SC; his grandchildren, Jamie Scruggs (Alison), Matthew Scruggs and Anna Buffkin (Cody); his great grandchild Brooklynn Scruggs; his sister Renee Scott (Steve) of Moore, SC; his nieces, Mandy Shaver and Shannon Scott; and his nephew Josh Scott.
