He is survived by: his sons, Jason, Jeremy (Ashley) and Cody (Jessi); his grandchildren, Ava, Colby of Emmett, JJ and Violet; the mother of his children Trish Goodrich; his siblings, Shirley Sigmon (Charles), Margie Street, Karen Hardy (Tom), Gary Burrough (Margaret), Sharon Forgach and Jerry Bailey; his aunt Nancy Weaver; and his cousins, Chris, Ray and Kevin Collins.
