She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward "Jimmy" Caldwell; her parents, Lourie Wood and Myrtle Owens Wood; and her siblings, Bobby Wood, Vernon Wood and Betty Vaughn.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Caldwell (Mary) of Boiling Springs, SC and Craig Caldwell (Sonya) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, James Douglas and Kathrine Ann Caldwell; her nieces, Deborah Vaughn and Susan Ballard; and her sister Diane Sanders (Johnny).
