It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine M. Mullins (Moore, South Carolina), born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, who passed away on September 23, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Paris Mullins; and her daughter Jackie Gay Mullins Parris. She is survived by: her parent Lou Emma Mullins; her children, Jill Seay of Virginia Beach, VA and John P. Mullins (Theresa Fleming) of Spartanburg, SC; and her grandchildren, Jeri Parris Perkins (Phil), Geno Seay, Windy Crutchfield (Keith) and Patrick Mullins (Corinne). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
