He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Kinser and Mary Chaplain Kinser; and his brothers, Adrian, Richard and Raymond Kinser.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Louise Cash Kinser; and his children, Billie Jean Born (Harley), Debbie Watterson (Tom), Charmane, Rick Heffron, April Kinser, Karen Hargett and Xan Griffin (James). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
