He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Mann and Kittye Hoyt Mann. He is survived by: his wife Diane Schreer Mann; his children, Jarred Mann (Anna), Kaitlin Fultz (Chuck) and Devin Anderson (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Addyson Mann, Charlie Fultz, Emma Fultz, Kaleigh Fultz, Ethan Fultz, Julia Anderson, David Anderson, Miles Anderson and Gavin Anderson.
