He is survived by: his wife Robin Smith Duffy; his children, Ryan Patrick Duffy of Spartanburg, SC and Caitlyn Nicole Duffy of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Kevin Duffy of Lake Mary, FL, Sara D. Berman (Phillip) of Ormond Beach, FL, Carole D. Smith of Davenport, FL and Bridget Duffy of Longwood, FL; his niece Sara Smith; and his nephew Michael Smith.
