She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffman and Elizabeth Hoffman (Doolittle); and her son Lyle J. Shook III. She is survived by: her husband Lyle J. Shook Jr.; her sons, Dwayne, Michael, Brian and Mathew Shook; and her brother John Hoffman. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
