She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Ray Storie; her parents, Andy Christopher George and Minnie James George of Spartanburg, SC.; and her sisters, Daisy Ann George, Betty George Trail and Dianne George Ferguson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Rice (Randy) of Boiling Springs, Tammy Smith of Boiling Springs and Teresa Haulbrook (Mark) of Duncan.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (3000 Stone Station Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
