He is survived by: his children, David Allen Green (Rhonda), Mary Ann Green (Jerry Mills) and Cindy Johnson (Clay); his grandchildren, Danika Moore, Austin Green, Addie Green, Claire Kaplin, Seth Johnson, Carolina Johnson, Chelsey Mills, Josh Johnson and Zackary Mills; and his brother Rick Green (Joan).
