He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dunnaway and Mary Duncan Dunnaway; his children, James Dunnaway, Joe Dunnaway and April Dunnaway; and his siblings, Dorothy Duncan and Henry Dunnaway.
He is survived by: his close friend Doris Neal; his siblings, Linda Burgess of Moore, SC, Dennis Dunnaway (Dianne) of Pacolet, SC and Ray Dunnaway (Janet) of Pacolet, SC; and his stepsons, Bryan Neal (Samantha), Tommy and Jeff Cannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
