It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fannie Hazel Belcher of Moore, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bishop and Fannie Ray Bishop; and her spouse Dean Belcher. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Swaney of Spartanburg, Jean Dailey of Duncan and Sybil Waddell (Doug) of Woodruff; and also Angie Roddy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
