She was predeceased by: her husband William "Dub" Garrett; her parents, Anastacio Carmona and Josefina Carmona; her daughter Patsy Garrett; and her sister Josie Wymetalek.
She is survived by: her sons, William Garrett (Tammy) of Moore, SC, Ronnie Garrett of Moore, SC and Bernard Culberson (Jennifer) of Pauline, SC; her siblings, Manuel Carmona of El Paso, TX, Mary Carrillo of El Paso, TX and Ramona "Romy" Bailey of Arizona; and her close friend Martha Culberson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
