He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Earl Neely, Jr. and Ruby Mae Taylor Neely. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Green Neely of Moore; his children, Sheila Neely King (Ronnie) of Moore and Timothy Earl Neely (Jane) of Greer; and his brothers, Charles Neely (Polly) of Berea and Harold Neely (Carolyn) of Greer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
