He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Crout and Nina Crout Horlen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Giuli Crout; his children, Brian Hagerty (Michelle) of Chino Hills, CA, Eric Hagerty of Huntington Beach, CA, Christine Spencer (Michael) of Atlanta, GA and Nicole Crout of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, Tyler Hagerty, Blake Hagerty, Madison Hagerty, Reagan Hagerty, Garrett Hagerty and Lillian Spencer.
