She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Manning Edge, Sr. and Jacqueline Koon Edge; her husband Eugene Reece Batten; her daughters, Elizabeth Batten and Katherine "Katie" Farnsworth (Tyler); her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Edge, Jr. (Tammy) and Penny Edge Glover (Jerry); and her granddaughter Riley Farnsworth. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
