He was predeceased by: his parent Catherine Gregory Ivey. He is survived by: his spouse Shyrl Pace Ivey; his father David H. Ivey; his sons, David H. Ivey, II and Gabriel O'Sullivan; his grandchildren, Luke Ivey, Gabrielle Ivey, Avery, Isaac and Tyson O'Sullivan; his sister Donna Ivey; his stepmother Barbara Ivey; his stepsisters, Beverly Suthers and Robin Curtis; and his son Blake Ivey.
