He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Culbreth and Eva Hawkins Culbreth. He is survived by: his wife Sue Grubb Culbreth; his sons, David Lynn Culbreth of Moore and Bobby Dean Culbreth of Pauline; his siblings, Paul Dean Culbreth (Louise) of Fort Oglethorpe, GA and Linda Faye Pruitt (Alfred) of Fairforest; his nephew Michael; his niece Martha Culbreth; his grandchildren, Justin Kyle Culbreth (Kirsten) and Jennifer Lynn Culbreth; and his great grandchild Kaden.
