He was predeceased by: his parents, Colie Cohen Sr. and Josephine W. Cohen; his daughter Veronica Downs; and his siblings, Colie Cohen, Jr., Marie Cohen MacFarland and Dorothy Cohen Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel H. Cohen; his children, Andre' Cohen (Tanya) of Reidville, SC, Shawn Glenn of Spartanburg, SC, Kela Irby of Wellford, SC and Gerald Benson of Kansas City, KS; and his sister Bessie C. Taylors (Wilbur) of Greenville, SC.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Inc. (927 E Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29651). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Allen View United Methodist Church (110 Cunningham Cir, Reidville, SC 29388).
