He is survived by: his wife Erika W. Cephus; his children, Helena S. Davis, Rochelle T. Wright and Noel Wright; his siblings, Nathaniel Frost, Barbara Ann C. Snowden, Rita Cephus, Wanda Cephus and Sheila Cephus; and his stepchildren, Janetti Williams, Shatiqua Fleming-Thigpen (Eric) and Jerome Fleming, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
