He is survived by: his children, Melvin Wilfred Bartley (Pearline), Willie James Bartley (Cheryl), Rose Mary Myers, Rosalind Glover (Solomon, Jr.), Mae K. Bartley, Walter Leroy Bartley (Johnnie Mae) and Suzann Bartley; his grandchildren, Tarvas Joy, Eric Cooper, Chrystal Neely (Eric), Brooke Myers, Kalonda Pinckney (Greg), Kia Myers, Marcus Bartley and Tyler Bartley; his sisters, Erma White, Edith Cartledge, Christina Simmons, Virgeous Bridget and Rosezenia Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Verna Bartley and Betsy Shands. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
