She was predeceased by: her sister Robin Ruth Helmly. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Linwood Helmly, Sr. and Vera Wyndham Helmly; her husband J. Mark Davis; her children, Melissia G. Belis (Gene) of San Antonio, TX and Jason C. Davis (Harley) of Columbia; her siblings, Lisa Ann Helmly of North Charleston, Robert L. "Robbie" Helmly, Jr. (Yvette) of Pinopolis and Will S. Helmly (Alice) of Moncks Corner; and her grandsons, Joshua Belis of Austin, TX and Cole Davis of Columbia.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Omar Shriner's Children's Fund, 176 Patriots Point, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
