He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Carlton Cox and Catherine Cox; his children, Tracy Cox (Bruce Grasty) of Hanahan and Walter Lee Cox of Macedonia; his daughter-in-law Karen Cox of Cross; his brothers, Edward Cox, Jr. of Georgia and Rusty Cox of Pimlico; his grandchildren, Shelby Strickland (Mitch), Kassidi Cox, Ivy Cox, Cami Cox and Jacob Cox; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Milligan and Landon Milligan.
