He was predeceased by: his parents, Beato M. Alfaro and Clarine Driggers Alfaro; his son Josh Alfaro; his brother Beato M. Alfaro, Jr.; his sister-in-law Gloria Alfaro; his nephew Marty Alfaro; and his brother-in-law Donald J. Blosl.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Jacobs Alfaro; his granddaughter Alexis Jean Alfaro of Georgetown; his siblings, Magdalene "Midge" A. Blosl of Moncks Corner and Kenneth H. Alfaro of Goose Creek; his former wife Betty Jean Bass of Georgetown; and his sister-in-law Jo Alfaro of Freeburg, IL.
