He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor I Tuttle, Sr. and Betty Grant Tuttle Knight; and his brother David Tuttle. He is survived by: his brother Larry Tuttle (Nancy) of Surfside Beach; and his nephews, Grant, Alec Tuttle of Surfside Beach, Justin, Andrew and Matthew Tuttle of Lexington.
