He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edwin Goodale and Margaret Davis Goodale; his son Gary 'Stevie Goodale, Jr.; and his siblings, Lisa Goodale and Charles Goodale.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rockelle G. Garcia (Diodoro) of Moncks Corner and Nicole G. Benton (Cleve) of Moncks Corner; his sisters, Margaret Bunch (Gene) of St. George and Michelle Burbage of Moncks Corner; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn Garcia, Vivian Benton, Anthonie Benton, Liam Benton, Cole Benton and Eli Benton.
