It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Marek of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 7, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Marek and Cecelia Niemczura Marek; his son Thomas Marek; his grandson Michael; and his brothers, Bill Marek and Leon Marek.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Hauschka Marek; his children, Cynthia McCloskey (Bill) of Irmo, Stanley Donald Marek, Jr. of Moncks Corner and Stephen Craig Marek of Moncks Corner; his sister Joan Router of Hulmeville, PA; and his grandchildren, April, Bill, Matthew, Nick, John and Morgan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
