Thrash and Ruth McIntosh Thrash; her brother Leland Thrash; her husband Rembert Salisbury; her sister Mary Gustafson; her children, Connor Salisbury (Tracy), Chad Salisbury (Samantha), Carey Salisbury (Tonya) and Courtney Salisbury (Howie); and her grandchildren, Dillon (Breanna), Zane, Emily, Noah, Katie, Mason and Redick.
