She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon Chinners and Ida Gertrude Harvey Chinners; her daughter Hazel L. Welch; her spouse Carvin "Bozo" Welch; her children, Catherine W. Earley (Walter) of Sandridge, Peggy W. Baker (Ronnie) of Ladson, Nancy W. Mullins (David) of Pimlico, Laura W. Carpenter (Sean) of Goose Creek, Mack C. Welch, Jr. (Rhoda) of Lebanon and Henry L. Welch (Susan) of Cordesville; and her siblings, Odell Parker of Dorchester, Edna Cummings of Ridgeville and Elmore Chinners of New Hope. She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
