He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Adrian Coleman and Lukeba West Coleman; his wife Harriet Wesley Coleman; his daughters, Julie C. Martin (Ben) of Duncan, SC and Kelly C. Burnett (Sammy) of Moore, SC; his sister Sandra C. Earnhardt (Adger) of Roebuck, SC; his grandchildren, Caleb Martin (Alyssa), Kate Burnett and Cole Burnett; and his great grandchildren, Grady and Emily Martin.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Church (1915 Pinopolis Rd, Pinopolis, SC 29469). A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church Fellowship Hall Immediately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Changed Lives Ministry, 470 Reid Hill Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
